Part Time Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a part time Administrator (Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s) to join our team in West Sussex.

Experience & Skills required:

  • At least 2-3 years experience in a top-level, high-pressure, deadline-oriented busy executive environment as an administrative assistant to high level corporate work providers
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office, calendaring, HR liaison, corporate correspondence, personal errands
  • Proven clear thinker, well organised, level headed, solution oriented
  • Self-starter, efficient, productive, works well with a team
